From the woman that answered the phone and set the appointment (sorry, didn’t catch her name) to Danny the plumber, TOTAL A+ customer service. Scheduling, even short-term notice rescheduling, was easy. Danny came out, fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable.

Emerson Plumbing did a great job. My water heater died on me in the AM. Called up Emerson and they were out in a few hours. By 7pm, they had totally replaced my old 50 gal heater with a tankless heaters. Very happy results, the quality of the job and the reasonable cost.

This is our 3rd time calling them.

This time is the water pressure regulator failure, causing humming noise all over the house. Home warranty won't cover because it's located outside the house.

Gel and Denny arrived the same day I called, carefully inspected the water pressure even I told them what the previous tech found. I am glad I hired them as it's not as easy as what youtube video showed. If you missed some tiny procedure it will cause more problem in the future.

Gel and Denny were here to replace my water heater back in 2022, if a company can keep their employees, that pretty much tells me they are doing the right things. (to their employees and customers) Just like before, they did a good job, release the water system pressure, as long as my pressure from my wife.

This is our 2nd time using their service. Last year they replaced 75 gallons water heater for us and it still works great!

We had serious kitchen leak recently and they sent 2 technicians. They fixed the leaks and replaced the faucet with reasonable price.

Great service and people and I highly recommend them again!

My water heater broke and the warranty company was slow. Emerson Plumbing came to my house to inspect in the evening and replaced it in a few days. Considering there is a labor shortage nationwide, this is very fast.

They did a great job with reasonable price. They used professional unit not a cheap one. And they listened and explained to me.

I highly recommend them !
